Saint Lucia is a sovereign island country in the West Indies in the eastern Caribbean Sea on the boundary with the Atlantic Ocean. Fully independent since 1979, it covers a land area of 617 km2 (238 square miles) and has reported a population of 165,595 in the 2010 census. Its capital is Castries. In 2015, the Saint Lucia government established the Citizenship by Investment Program to encourage foreign investment, making it possible to obtain your Saint Lucia citizenship by investment in only approximately 4 months. Citizens of Saint Lucia enjoy the comfort of traveling to over 146 countries without the need for a visa, including major business hubs in Europe, North- and Latin America as well as Asia, making a citizenship in Saint Lucia an extremely attractive choice.
Applicants and their dependents are not required to live in Saint Lucia to obtain citizenship, meaning you can apply for and receive secondary passports without having to relocate the entire family or renounce your original nationality.
As a citizen of Saint Lucia, you gain access to visa free travel to 146+ countries, visa free travel to all Schengen States, the United Kingdom and most British Commonwealth member countries. Furthermore, with your Saint Lucia passport, the application process for most foreign visas is much easier. There is no requirement to renounce your current citizenship.
Saint Lucia passport holders benefit from an attractive tax regime: No wealth, gift, inheritance, foreign income or personal income tax. You will also have access to generous incentive packages like corporate tax incentives, exemption from import duties, tax relief benefits and export allowances.
Your spouse, children (below the age of 25) and dependent parents over the age of 65 can apply to obtain their Saint Lucia passports along with you, and will be able to enjoy life on one of the most developed islands in the Caribbean, with excellent access to healthcare services all over the island.

Client chooses either investment or donation option. Client signs the Huriya contract, and pays initial retainer.
Huriya assists the client to gather all required documentation, and to complete the various Government application forms for submission to the CIU.
Second payment is made, and file is submitted.
Issuance of Approval letter by the CIU (Citizenship-by-Investment Unit), third payment is required immediately.
Naturalization certificate is issued
Huriya Private receives client passport(s). Passport can be either picked up from Huriya Private office or delivered to clients home address, (locally or internationally).
